Cannot obtain "send" button in Microsoft Office Outlook
In trying to folow "Help" instructions, there is no option under "Tools" which allows me to access my Hotmail webmail account.

go to tools-->account settings-->on email tab click new and configure your hotmail settings.MCSE,CCNA,VCP,APP
